Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the resort left much to be desired. I was excited to enjoy a long weekend, but the lack of communication and poor customer service really overshadowed my experience. While the location has potential for beautiful views and activities, the outdated facilities and issues with cleanliness were disappointing, especially for the price I paid.
My stay was a mixed bag. While the staff were accommodating and cheerful, the hotel's state left much to be desired with outdated rooms and disappointing dining options. The location was decent for accessing local attractions, but I expected better maintenance for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless there's significant improvement.
My experience at the Pinestone was far from enjoyable. The hotel is dated and in dire need of renovations. While the comfortable beds were a small saving grace, the overall atmosphere was exactly what I would call a letdown. The service was frustratingly poor, and I didn't feel valued as a guest. The location itself is pretty, but the state of the hotel certainly does not reflect that.
While the hotel offers a beautiful location and spacious rooms, my experience was marred by the outdated condition of the amenities and poor service in several areas. The swimming pool and fitness center were not functioning, which was disappointing during a peak summer visit. Despite the charm of the area, I can't recommend the stay due to the lack of upkeep and inconsistent service.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is nice but could use some TLC, and while we found the rooms to be spacious and clean, there was a persistent smell of mildew that really detracted from our experience. Service was inconsistent, with some staff going above and beyond while others left us feeling ignored. Dining was a letdown, with limited options and poor quality food. Overall, it was not ideal, and I wouldn’t rush back.
